Marcus A. Glenn of The Winner’s Society coaches clients on how to monetize their passions
AUGUSTA, Ga, January 19, 2021, ZEXPRWIRE, Becoming a coach took a bit of a leap of faith for marketing and artist branding expert, serial entrepreneur, and real estate developer Marcus A. Glenn.
For more than a decade, he had helped companies build their brands through his digital marketing agency, Marketing Direction and Opportunities for Today, or MDOT.
He got his start in the world of marketing when he won a coveted spot in the Universal/Motown College intern program. Through the experience, he was able to cut his chops in branding by working with recording artists.
From there, he went on to work for other record labels before striking out on his own to help indie artists build their music brands. He founded MDOT to help creatives get their messages across while building successful brands. Eventually, he expanded to authors and other creatives.
In 2019, he initiated a side project to start sharing his knowledge with others through coaching. He founded The Winner’s Society, a one-on-one hybrid coaching program, to teach artists, entrepreneurs, and business owners how to quit their 9-to-5 jobs to pursue their dreams.
Then the pandemic hit and Glenn was forced to scale back his marketing business as demand for engagement and event marketing dropped off due to all the cancelled events. Forced to pivot, he focused on creating a new online endeavor by expanding The Winner’s Society.
Almost immediately, word spread through Glenn’s extensive network about his powerful mastermind sessions and his ability to guide his clients through positive mindset shifts. As people began clamoring for his services, the money started pouring in.
In the last two months, he was able to make more than $100,000.

While demand is high for his services, he is accepting new clients as he sponsors events in the Southeastern region and teaches individuals and organizations how they can leverage marketing, sales, and public relations to reach their goals.
